- These terms apply to all reservations and stays made directly with Hotel Dev Palace, whether through our website, in person, or by phone/email.
- Hotel Dev Palace reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website.
2. Reservations & Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
- A valid ID (Government-approved photo ID/passport) is required at check-in for all guests.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon prior request, depending on availability.
4. Payment Policy
- Full payment or advance deposit may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
- Any additional services or amenities used during the stay must be settled before departure.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged one night’s room rate.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hotel staff, other guests, and property.
- Damage to hotel property, linens, or amenities will result in a charge based on repair or replacement costs.
- Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or unsafe behavior may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
7. Visitors & Additional Guests
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the front desk.
- Extra guests staying overnight will incur additional charges as per room policy.
8. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas or private rooms, in accordance with local regulations.
9. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the management before booking.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- Hotel Dev Palace shall not be responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.
- Accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guest negligence.
11. Privacy Policy
- Guest information is used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.
- We respect your privacy and never share personal details with third parties, except as required by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Hotel Dev Palace is located.
