1. General Policy
- All bookings at Hotel Dev Palace are subject to availability and confirmation.
- By confirming a reservation, guests agree to our terms of booking, payment, and refund policies as stated below.
2. Cancellation by Guest
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review the following policy:
- Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount. - Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room rate as a cancellation fee. - No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be charged for one night’s stay, and the remaining booking (if any) may be cancelled automatically.
3. Early Check-Out
If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made in special cases, at the management’s discretion.
4. Modification of Booking
- Guests may request changes to their reservation dates, subject to room availability and rate differences.
- If a booking modification results in a higher room rate, the difference will be charged at check-in.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
- Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
- Hotel Dev Palace is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing or third-party payment gateways.
6. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional or discounted room packages may be marked as “Non-Refundable.”
- No refunds will be issued for these bookings under any circumstances. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming.
7. Cancellation by the Hotel
In rare cases where the hotel must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance issues, government orders, or safety concerns):
- Guests will be notified immediately.
- A full refund will be provided, or an alternative stay arrangement of equal value will be offered.
